UHCLT is currently working to create several styles of home. One and two bedroom apartments and houses to rent; Two bedroom semi-detached houses and maisonettes for rent and potentially shared ownership arrangements

The layout of our homes will be designed with an individual or small family in mind and come unfurnished so that you can add your own style.
Projects
UHCLT are exploring a number of potential projects to bring truly affordable homes to Rutland. We are working in partnership with other organisations to achieve this.
Locations
Modern new build homes
We have just delivered our first project in partnership with Avant Homes and Rutland County Council. This is a newly built 2-bedroom house which has been made available for rent. We are always interested in hearing from other potential partners to assist Uppingham Homes in bringing more truly affording housing to our area.

Formed for the benfeit of local communities in the South of Rutland, the trust's primary objective is to provide and manage good quality, affordable housing.
