Uppingham Homes Community Land Trust (UHCLT) is a local project building high quality, affordable homes for rental and shared ownership.


UHCLT is currently planning to build two types of home. One bedroomed apartments to rent and two bedroomed semi-detached maisonettes for 50% shared ownership.


The layout of our homes have been designed with an individual or small family in mind and come unfurnished so that you can add your own style.


The Trust’s first project is to build six homes on the site of a disused orchard in Seaton Road Uppingham, comprising of one bed apartments and two bed maisonettes.


Modern new build homes

Our first housing development is underway and located to the east of Uppingham on Seaton Road, with other locations being possible in the future.

A peaceful market town with a wealth of history, Uppingham is conveniently located just off the A47. The town centre boasts fine stone houses and a range of retailers as well as hosting many events throughout the year.

Formed for the benfeit of local communities in the South of Rutland, the trust's primary objective is to provide and manage good quality, affordable housing.
